The North Coast, Area 1, Plumbers Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) offers, people of all genders the opportunity to learn and utilize plumbing skills that can develop into a lifetime career.

Apprenticeship combined with classroom instruction and on-the-job training with licensed plumbers that live and work in Clatsop and Tillamook Counties.

What we offer?

Apprenticeship Classes are held at Clatsop Community College South County Center in Seaside, OR.

Classes are held during Spring and Fall terms.

They are two nights a week, Monday and Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm.

Information for enrollment and tuition costs are provided on the first night of class.

Hands on training.

Once accepted into the program, apprentices will work directly with approved training agents on actual job sites to apply and expand skills and knowledge required to pass the State exam. all while earning a fair wage, based on current wage scale.
